Welcome to the Fort Myers Phase IV Utility Replacement Project web site.
 
The project area encompasses Cleveland Avenue (U.S. 41) to the Caloosahatchee River and Linhart Avenue and Lynwood Avenue and the Winkler Canal.   This City of Fort Myers utility project will consist of replacing sanitary sewer and water distribution systems as well as rehabilitating the drainage system in this historic residential neighborhood.
