The project area for Phase 3C encompasses the area from Cleveland Avenue (U.S. 41) east to Evans Avenue and Hanson Street north to Edison Avenue.  This City of Fort Myers utility project will consist of replacing sanitary sewer and water distribution systems in this residential neighborhood.
