Phase IV-C Utility Improvements Project

Area C-1: LaPalma, Winkler

Sanitary and storm sewer installation in progress on LaPalma and Winkler.

Sections of LaPalma and Winkler may be closed to thru traffic during working hours.

Area C-2 (Additive):  Jefferson, Winkler, Princeton

      Final surface course paving in progress on Princeton. Raised intersection installation in progress at Jefferson and Princeton. 

Sections of Princeton may be temporarily closed during working hours.

Area C-5: Shadow Lane

      No anticipated closures at this time.

Area C-2 and C-4: Jefferson Ave

Sections of Jefferson Avenue may be closed to thru traffic during working hours.

Please keep in mind this phasing schedule is a tentative schedule developed for planning purposes.  This schedule may vary depending on the actual condition of underground utilities, delivery of materials and equipment and weather conditions.  Unforeseen issues may require extra time during construction. 

Once construction starts, the contractor will generally have 90 days on each block to produce a dust-free drivable surface.  A dust-free drivable surface consists of a limerock base with a weather sealer.
